Tuesday Night Ju-jitsu

Good night had by all,

All brown and black belts where on the mat which meant that we could get some good time in with them as their dan gradings are fast approaching.

Recently graded members also got to have a go at their new moves and the senior students got involved in some fitness and conditioning followed by some physical moves and then onto syllabus, this was swiftly followed by a little ground fighting towards the end.

There will be no club for the next two saturdays due to not being able to use the hall.
