3 Peaks Success

Well done for completing the 3 Peaks Challenge within 24 hours. From the foot of Ben Nevis to the top of Snowdon (via Scafell), the first team did it in 22 hours 59 minutes and 33 seconds and the final group reached the top of Snowdon in 23 hours 25 minutes. This is an unbelievable achievement. It takes heart and pure self belief to complete this challenge... and you have more heart and self belief than anyone would ever know – possibly yourself!

23rd April training walk

Well done to those who did the latest training walk,

This time the team tackled Scafell Pike via Mickledore and then across Broadcrag to Lingmell following the mountin ridge. From here the team ran down the rest of the mountain.

Scafell and Scafell Pike Walk

Well done to the team who did the walk yesterday.

This took up up Mickledor then down to the Foxes Tarn Gulley where we made for the top of Scafell, we then came back down and climbed Scafell Pike, went off the back of the mountain towards Broad Crag and then down the valley past the gorge and round back to the car park.
